Frequently Asked Questions

Who can come to the Rendezvous?

All Arizona Trail Association (ATA) members and their invited guests. This year, participants in Arizona Trail Day fundraising events may attend. One of the benefits of their participation is an ATA membership.

How much does it cost?

It is FREE.

Do I need to make reservations?

Yes, absolutely. We will need to know how many to plan for for Saturday and Sunday breakfasts, and for Saturday dinner. If you want to stay at the lodge in a cabin or room, or camp with RV hookups, and/or if you want to reserve a horse corral, you need to contact Mormon Lake Lodge directly.

Is camping available?

Yes, dry camping is available and free - ATA members and AZT Day participants will share the entire Mormon Lake Lodge tent site. There are toilets and pay showers available too.

Do I need to bring something for the Friday potluck?

Yes, the ATA will provide cold beverages, bring what you like to join in the fun and good food.

What about lunch on Saturday and Sunday?

You are on your own for those meals. Mormon Lake Lodge does have a restaurant.

What is there to do?

There will be an agenda posted on the website, subject to change. There will be exhibits, open at all times, and other events which are scheduled. A program and map will be available at the event.
